So I love Christmas time, mainly for all the Christmas Traditions. As a young family I want to start some traditions of our own. I love decorating the tree and the kids are starting to love it too and want to help, sometimes too much but I love that they want to. Especially now that we are in our own home, I want those traditions and hopefully they will want to pass them down to their kids or create their own. We started doing the Elf on the Shelf. It's amazing how the kids have reacted to it and want to try and be "good" all the time. Oh they still have their moments but they are more aware of trying to be good. We have had fun trying to come up with some fun things to do with our Elf and sometimes it is frustrating trying to figure out something as well. The kids named our Elf ... Scout and they love searching for him every morning. Another one we like to do is visit Santa. The kids still get a little shy and hesitant but they love the idea of it all.

Halloween 2013
So we always try to carve pumpkins every year for Halloween. We are not the best carvers but we have fun! Kree is always a little nervous to reach inside and pull the guts out and Treker wouldn't have anything to do with it. I think we did a pretty good job!
We also tried to make it to Declo so that Grandma/Grandpa Darrington can see the boys costumes. Since we live 2 hours away is not always the easiest but who can pass up some yummy treats from Grandma.
We were able to attend our ward Trunk-or-Treat. The kids were so excited for their costumes this year and I have to say so myself... they are pretty darn stinkin cute!
State Volleyball always runs around Halloween time... this year it was in Couer D'Alene. Since I help out some with the program and my mom travels with the team... I talked my dad into driving with me and the boys up North to watch. They brought their costumes but I forgot to take a picture. All the volleyball girls had treats at their rooms so the boys went around and trick-or-treated at each door. The girls adore the boys and vise-versa. It was pretty cute! I did however get a picture of the boys with Grandma Hunter and her Halloween mask.
Basketball
So I really want my boys to experience a lot of different things, especially sports. So why they are young I want to expose them to as much as I can. I signed Kree up for a Start Smart Basketball skills camp. It's once a week for six weeks and just teaches them the basics. He isn't old enough yet to be on any teams plus I want him to understand a little about the sport before actually playing in a game. I have noticed that basketball takes a little more coordination then some of the other sports he has tried but he definitely made progress by the end. Dribbling of course has been the hardest. I think overall he has enjoyed it though. Of course Treker always tagged along thinking he was part of the drills as well. Anything with a ball then Treker is right in the middle.
Time With Daddy!
The Boys love to spend time with their Daddy! They love Wrestling, building forts, shooting dart guns at each other and plenty more. It reminds of growing up with my brothers and playing a lot of boy things such as building forts and playing guns. If we ever have a girl she will be the biggest tomboy just like her Mommy was. The boys also got some new pajamas and Ragen is helping them show them off.

Picture Time Again!
Picture Time Again!
Treker is 18 months (August) and of course I can't take Treker's pictures and not take Kree's.
I have really been trying to do the kids pictures on my own except for when we do family pictures. It is so hard to do it when you have no help. This was Ragen's busy time of the year so he is never around and having a 18 month old that moves all the time is not easy. They were troopers though and of course are always adorable and I definitely got a few shots that I can use. I am still trying to figure out my camera and exactly how to do what I want to do. With time I guess!

School Time!
Kree has been so excited to go to school. He has been asking everyday for months. It's hard to believe that my Bugaboo is old enough to go to school. He is so smart! He loves to learn new things and loves to play and meet new kids. I am so excited for him! He got a new Angry Birds backpack, some new school clothes and of course a haircut, he is ready!
He is attending the Apple Athletic Club Preschool. I have heard good things about it from some friends so hopefully he will love it.

Randomness!
Just some random pictures to share. The first picture is of Kree and two of his friends that live next door, Awin and Niobe Graham. They are such cute girls. Kree wanted them over to watch a movie and eat popcorn.
The next picture is of a late birthday present that Kree made me, a butterfly bracelet, so cute!
The last 2 pictures are of my Ninja Turtles. Kree is obsessed with them and loves to get whomever to play with him like his daddy and even Grandma Hunter.
