Randomness!!

Just thought I would post some random pictures and a video that we have taken. I know, I know I put a lot of pictures of Kree on here but I can't help it- he is so darn cute and I can't get enough of him. Enjoy!

LAS VEGAS

So last weekend my sister Kari and I decided to take a sisters weekend to Las Vegas and St George. Kari brought her two little girls with her and I brought Kree with me. We flew out Thursday night into Las Vegas and stayed with our brother Taylor. It was great to be able to see him and his wife Shantai and their little girl Lili. Friday we took off to St George and did a little shopping and then went to the Tuachan Theater to see "Annie." Kari's sister-in-law was so sweet and volunteered to watch Kree and Kari's littlest girl for us while we went and took Kari's oldest girl Adrianna. Kari's neice was actually one of the orphan girls in the play. That night we stayed with her in-laws and then headed back to Vegas on Saturday. Taylor's little girl turned 1 on Friday so they were having a party for her on Saturday. Shantai did such a great job decorating and preparing for the party- I told her that she could come do Kree's 1st birthday party in March. Happy Birthday Lilianna! She is the custest little girl. We then did some more shopping and then Sunday afternoon headed back home to Idaho. It was a must needed weekend for me, short, but well worth it. Here are some pictures of our weekend.

A Wedding and a Tooth

This past weekend was an exciting one. My little brother Keegan got married on Friday- WOW it is so weird to think that- he is still my little baby brother. He married a wonderful girl- Britnee Searle. She is amazing- she did a lot of the reception herself and made her bouquet and boutinere's herself- they were so creative- better than I could ever do. They look like they are so happy together. It was a beautiful wedding in the Idaho Falls Temple and then a beautiful reception afterward. We are so excited for you Uncle Keegan and Aunt Britnee! This first picture is of Uncle Keegan and Kree at the reception.

Then after months of drooling and teething- Kree finally cut his first TOOTH. It's hard to get a decent picture of the tooth though. You can kind of see it in this next picture along with a cheesy smile. I kept wondering why he wasn't taking his bottles very well the past week and he has had goopy eyes, etc- now I know. There is another one next to it that will probably pop through any time. He is getting some of the cheesiest smiles and funniest faces lately- I love it! He is the cutest boy ever! And that personality is getting funner and funner- he is almost always smiling and is pretty much the happiest kid.

Kree - 6 Month Check-up... Really 7 Months

So Kree had his 6 month check-up on Friday ... even though he is almost 7 months (on Friday). In the past few weeks he has had a little cold and Thrush. So he's been on medication for all of this, but luckily the Dr. says he doing great and no more Thrush and no more medication. Sick babies- no fun! He is growing like crazy and is a healthy little boy. He weighs 17lbs, height is 261/2 inches, and head circumference is 18cm. He is such a happy boy- I love it! Some new things that he is doing are:

• He is now up on all fours and rocking back and forth as in the picture below and still rolling and scooting himself all over (he'll be crawling in the next couple of weeks- I'm not ready! Time to childproof the house)
• He loves to spit now and blow bubbles (there is a video of it below)
• He loves to smack his lips and do this clicking noise with his tongue
• He has the cutest laugh, sometimes it is a cackle laugh- so funny!
• He does the funniest thing where he sucks in air and makes the funniest noise (the best is when he does it while trying to laugh)
• He gets mad when you leave the room, especially when he is tired
• He throws little tantrums now- oh great!
• He is a flirt like his daddy, but he's been that way from day 1
• He has an obsession with remote controls
• Besides drinking his bottles and eating his baby food- he loves Little Puffs
• And still has the cutest smile ever

YELLOWSTONE TRIP

So this past weekend we decided to go to Ragen's Family cabin in Island Park for a nice and relaxing weekend. Saturday we decided to go to Yellowstone because we haven't been there for a long time. It was a beautiful day for a ride in the park. We were able to see a alot of elk
(you can kind of see one in the picture below) and a lot of buffalo. We were able to go to Old Faithful and then to the waterfall. It was a beautiful drive as well. Kree really enjoyed it- I like to think he did anyway, but Ragen and I had a great time

THE FAIR

So this week is fair week in Blackfoot and we decided to go with Ragen's parents. Ragen's grandparents go up and stay there in their trailer all week and so we were able to see them as well. When you go to the fair you have to see the animals. Kree absolutely loved them. He thought it was so funny when he would touch one of them and he would start laughing. This first picture I had to put in- Kree's uncle Steve gave Kree his first sucker and it was so cute- he kept going to town on it and of course it was everywhere and Mommy eventually had to take it away and he was not a happy camper. The rest of the pictures are of the animals that Kree was able to meet.

Of course Ragen wanted a picture with the horses but all the horses were facing the wrong direction so here is there back-ends- lovely huh!


Kree just loved the goats and kept laughing everytime Mommy would let him touch them. You can kind of see him laughing here.

6 Months

Kree turned 6 months old yesterday. I can't believe it- 1/2 year old! He is doing so many new and fun things. We love him more and more every day.

• He probab;y weighs about 16lbs now, his 6 month appt isn't until the end of the month
• He is now sitting up really well- still falls and bonks his head every once in a while
• He loves his baby food, although I am now noticing that peas are not his favorite now although I thought they were.
• He rubs his eyes when he is tired
• Loves to talk to himself and jabber
• When he is on his tummy he is everywhere- you have to watch him like a hawk- he's gonna be crawling before we know it.
• Still loves to eat and gum everything but still has no teeth
• He has started to wimper or cry when Mom or Dad leaves the room.
