The only thing is is he wasn't actually jumping on the bed. Yep Kree broke his arm in 2 places on the 18th of May... poor little thing. I felt so horrible for him and wished there was something I could have done to comfort him. We were over at my sister Kari's house and all the kids were climbing up on the bed and so of course Kree wanted to too. He climbed up like he always does but lost his balance backwards once he stood up, "Ker-plop" he went. We knew something was wrong as soon as we couldn't get him to stop crying- normally he will cry for a minute and then shake it off but if you even touched his arm he would freak out. His arm was completely limp so we took him to the ER and sure enough it was broken. They splinted him that night as you can see in the very bottom picture and then we went into the orthopedic surgeon a few days later to make sure he didn't need surgery with multiple x-rays- thank goodness he didn't. They left the splint on until the next week and then x-rayed again and casted him as you can see. My little Trooper! He as done amazingly well for a 2 year old breaking their arm. The first few days you could tell it really hurt but has done well ever since. He will have the cast on for a total of 5 weeks. But he has loved the fact that everyone can sign his cast and he is proud of it. These last few weeks have been crazy or else I would have posted this a few weeks ago- sorry!
