1st Bath

So this past weekend we went to Grandma and Grandpa Darrington's so Ragen could play some golf. We decided that we would give Kree his first bath in the sink. He loved it! I think that he was just showing off for Grandma because usually he does not like to be naked. It was the custest thing ever. They are definitely slippery little things in there though. Hopefully he will do this well the next time we give him a bath.

We were finally able to catch a smile on camera. It seems as though every time Kree smiles the camera is somewhere else or we can't catch it in time. I hope that I will be able to catch more on camera because his smiles are just too darn cute. He is now about 2 1/2 weeks old (3 weeks on Monday). Time flies! He is growing and growing. We went to the Dr. the other day and he weighs a little over 8lbs now but to me he doesn't seem like it. He is definitely gaining a little personality of his own. Ragen and I are definitely adjusting a little better to everything but I still think it's going to take a lot more time.

The Many Sleeping Adventures of Kree

The thing about newborns is they sure sleep a lot. But they are so cute when they are sleeping. I just couldn't help but take pictures.

Daddy loves Kree

Ragen loves to kiss his little boy, especially when we are trying to keep him awake to feed. He will kiss him all over his face and Kree will try and eat his face- it is the cutest thing ever. I had to capture it on camera. We have noticed more and more personality with Kree this past week and have also noticed that he is an impatient little boy, but we're loving every minute of it. We are so excited to see all the little changes in the next few weeks. Even

though Ragen doesn't see the changes as much as I can- he really

is changing. It is so exciting. I can't believe he will be 2 weeks

tomorrow. Time flies!

I just want everyone to know that I am still trying to figure out this whole blogging concept- so bare with me until I figure it out.

Baby Kree

We have had a busy week. The newest addition to our little family has arrived...... Kree Ragen Darrington. He was born on Monday March 2nd, 2009 at 5:07pm. He weighed 7lbs even and was 20 1/2 inches long. Each day has definitely been interesting, oh but well worth it. He is so adorable and we can't seem to get enough of him. Each day we are seeing change in Kree and each day brings something new. Ragen has been amazing with him and with me through everything, he is even willing to get up in the middle of the night. I couldn't have better help. He is a proud father. We are definitely looking forward to each day with him and what it brings. We also want to thank everyone for their love and support and those that have helped us through the week.
