Kree is hitting such a fun stage even though the "terrible two's" are mixed in there somewhere too. These are just a few of the funny things that he is up to lately: He likes to sit in his Mickey chair in front of the door to check out what's happening in the neighborhood, he loves to wear his sunglasses everywhere and insists on wearing them to bed as well, it's too cute! He also loves to hide in the corner cupboard and play peek-a-boo. I just love this kid and everyday is a new adventure.

Supercross
That's right it's Supercross time again! We made our annual trip to Salt Lake City at the end of April for Supercross. Kree is really starting to like the bikes and we even have him saying "Go, go, Poto!" Meaning go, go, Villipoto!. Ryan Villipoto is who I have been cheering for and of course he won, in fact he won the entire thing a week later in Vegas. Ragen likes him too but was cheering for Chad Reed. This year it was not pouring down rain and was not as cold so Kree actually did well, thank goodness because I would have gone crazy like I did last year. It's jsut so cute to see kree starting to show interest in things and get excited. He is definitely a Daddy's boy in those regards.
Then of course we had to go swimming with the cousins. Kree loves the water, definitely more than his mother. It was a fun trip that we always and will always look forward to every year.
Easter
Easter weekend was an interesting one for sure! We started off heading to Idaho Falls to spent Easter with my family. After about a few hours of arriving there, we had gotten a phone call that Ragen's cousin's little girl went missing. We debated whether or not to head to Declo to help but eventually decided that it was the right thing to do. We left Kree with my parents and jumped in the car to Declo. Search and Rescue crews had been out since about 4 or 5 that day and had stopped when it had gotten dark, but the town of Declo was amazing and kept searching all night. The plan was to help with the search the next morning but at about 7am or so we had gotten a phone call that they had found little Jayci in the river. Our heart just ached for Layne and Krissy and what they were going through. I know how I was feeling and it was not good but I can't imagine what they were feeling or thinking. Jayci was about 16/17 months old and was just fascinated with the water. She had been at the babysitter's house right on the river and had some how gotten out and new exactly where she wanted and needed to be. We were so thankful that she was found so that the family could have some closure. Let's just say Easter weekend and the week after there were plenty of tears shed and an experience I would never want to experience again. I can't even imagine or even contemplate losing Kree or any child for that matter but apparently Heavenly Father needed Jayci more. It definitely makes us appreciate what we have and not to take anything for granted.
We ended up heading back to Idaho Falls for the rest of the weekend to finish Easter and to be with Kree and holding him tight was the first thing I did when we arrived back in I.F.
To keep our minds of everything we decided to help Kree dye Easter eggs or should I say dye his hands, he loved every second of it.
Of course Easter morning Kree loved his Easter basket because it was full of cars. Kree is really into cars lately so that is what the Easter Bunny brought plus plenty of candy.
Then Kree was able to spent time with his cousins for dinner and play. It's always a good time and loud time when the Hunter grandkids are together but time well spent.
HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!
